Despite our recent cold spell here lately we've really been enjoying spring. Kenzie couldn't get enough of the Wisteria blooming in the backyard.
Kenzie's favorite thing right now is "BIG Hugs" and I never pass up an opportunity to get one!
Another favorite for Kenzie is catching bugs. We try to release them humanely but I must confess that sometimes we are too late. She particularly likes making worms 'dance'.

After some hard work in the yard there is nothing wrong with a little relaxation with Pops.
After a little nap, Honey and Kenzie found a lemonade stand just across the street.

Before we knew it Easter was here and our neighborhood had an Easter Egg hunt for all of the children. Kenzie was just a bit excited.
We have a wonderful group of children in our neighborhood. I was really impressed we were able to get this picture at all!

Easter weekend we were really blessed to have the entire family with us... NaNa and PawPaw, Honey and Pops, Gran, Uncle Danny and Aunt Ashley all came for the day. Richard, Katie, and Kirksey came down to spend the day too. It was wonderful!
